Chat Report Filters complete
Chat reports now have all of the filters (plus a couple additions) compared to the old chat platform. This release added the Ratings and Labels filters specifically, which closes off this piece of work π₯
Saved Rows in Templates
You can now save a row in the drag and drop template builder, allowing you to reuse common rows for things like footers with social links, call to action buttons, etc. This reduces the need for cloning templates or starting entirely from scratch with templates.

Bot Assignment Visibility
Previously, the only way to see at a glance if a bot is assigned to the conversation was to look if it's sending messages, or if it's under the "Assigned to Bot" filter. To improve visibility and clarity on when the bot is assigned and which bot that is, there's now a handy little indicator right next to the assignment dropdown. This displays the bot's avatar when it's currently assigned. You can also hover over this to see the bot name.
Message Feedback Details
We've had the ability to see an overall percentage of π vs π on bot messages in Chat reporting for a while now. This week we've added a new "More details" button to that chart that takes you to a list of all messages that received feedback, which you can filter by date, labels, bot, channel etc. You can also click on any of these to go right to the conversation if you need additional details. Handy!
Chat agent availability in student portal
When students are logged into the student portal, they can see which Chat Agents are online and available, and start chatting with them directly.
Portal widget bypassing pre-chat form
When using the widget on the student portal, pre-chat forms will no longer be necessary. Conversations will automatically be connected to the student when they start chatting.

Form field conditions update
Admins can now setup conditions for form fields without the need to save the form each time they add a new field. A long lived with quirk, now allows admins to create conditions to their hearts content.

Virtual Events persists chosen delivery method
A permanent solution to a persistent quirk. Perviously, Hosted would take priority even if the user had selected 3rd Party as the chosen delivery method. Now, when setting up a virtual event the delivery method switch will determine the type of virtual event.
Chat Reporting Filters
We continue to complete the full set of filters on the Chat Reports area. This sprint we added the ability to filter by Agents, Teams and Bots. Labels and Ratings filters will be available very soon!

Event Exports Improvements
Users can now select multiple (or one) Event from the Event List page and create a Event export. To do so, select multiple (or one) Event on the Event List page, on "Actions on selected" there is now an "Event Export" option which takes users to the Exports area with all the pre-selected Events highlighted. This streamlines the export process allowing users to shortcut to the export area with selected Events
Event exports can also now be generated without guest counts in their exports. Giving admins the flexibility to include or exclude guests from Event exports. Simply select the "Exclude Guests" toggle on the export configuration page to enable this feature.
Single Checkbox (true/false)
There is a new form field type which will provide a True or False output with a rich text description area. This is ideal for capturing accepting of terms and conditions.
Student Portal item visibility with contact labels
Portal menu items and Tasks & Objectives can now be controlled by Contact labels. This was previously limited to only contact fields, so this new feature gives users the ability to get more granular control over what students see in the portal.
