Managing contacts in GeckoChat is done via the Contacts tab at the top of the page. Within Contacts, you are able to view a list of existing contacts in your system and search for a specific one. Once you have found the contact you would like to view, click on the contact's name. This will provide you with contact details that you can update links to previous conversations with the contact.
The Contacts tab also allows you to export the contacts from GeckoChat into a .CSV file that will contain key information, such as the name, email address, phone number and information on the first and last message they have had with an agent in your system. In order to create an export, simply navigate to the Contacts tab and press Export (below the search bar on the page).
