Managing contacts in GeckoChat is done via the Contacts tab at the top of the page. Within Contacts, you are able to view a list of existing contacts in your system and search for a specific one. Once you have found the particular you would like to view - you are able to click on the contact's name, which will take you to the last conversation you have had with them.

Contact information is viewed the same way as in your Conversations tab, simply by viewing the right-hand side menu and making any changes if necessary. 

The Contacts tab also allows you to export the contacts from GeckoChat into a .CSV file that will contain key information, such as the name, email address, phone number and information on the first and last message they have had with an agent in your system. In order to create an export, simply navigate to the Contacts tab and press Export (below the search bar on the page).
