If you've logged in to Gecko and you're greeted with a blank page instead of the usual Overview screen, the chances are your browser cache will need resetting.
Fortunately, this is a quick and easy fix that'll have you back up and running in little time at all! We've outlined how to reset your cache for a number of popular desktop browsers below:
Google Chrome
- In the top right corner, click More (3 small circles in a vertical line).
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Select All Time.
- Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
- Click Clear data.
- Finally, close and reopen your browser, then log in to Gecko.

Firefox
- Click the menu button (three dashes in a vertical line) and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
- Finally, close and reopen your browser, then log in to Gecko.

Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools (gear icon) button and select Safety.
- Select Delete browsing history.
- Be sure to include 'Cached images temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies' and hit Delete.

Microsoft Edge

- Select Clear browsing data.

- Click Safari and select Preferences.
- Select the Advanced tab and check the box to Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- In the Develop menu, click Clear Caches.
