In the fifth and final part of our introduction to GeckoTalk we get acquainted with the powerful suite of analytical tools at our disposal.
Analyse your campaign
Built into GeckoTalk are powerful analytical tools, designed to help you with reporting on everything call related. Not only can you quickly find out the total calls made, the median call time and most common outcomes but these results can be examined on a campaign or individual call agent level - allowing you to quick access to data as holistic or granular as you deem necessary.
To access the pre-built analytics for your campaign, simply click into your campaign. On the Overview tab, click Actions in the top right-hand corner, and then select the option to View live report.
This analytics page is fully customisable, so feel free to add, rearrange and remove elements as you choose. By default, your report widgets will include all contacts within your campaign, but these options can be filtered by pre-created saved searches.
If you're running campaigns concurrently and wish to have a less granular view of the campaigns, click Calls on the left-hand menu.
This will take us to the Overview screen, which gives us a live report of how many agents are online, any inbound calls currently held in a queue, and the latest calls to be made from any campaign and the call duration. You can easily find more information on any of the above by navigating the tabs within the Calls section.
The Calls tab gives a more detailed report on all of the latest cross-campaign calls to be made, with a view fully adaptable to your requirement using filters. The Numbers tab shows all VoIP telephone numbers that your account has activated and their status.
The Reporting tab is a brilliantly detailed matrix of information, offering on the fly performance matrix, again, fully customisable with specific filters.
This is the final part of our series of guides. Thank you for taking the time to read them and enjoy your new world of simple, dynamic call campaign management with GeckoTalk.
