If you’re struggling to keep up and believe (like we do) a chatbot will help, then we will be happy to provide you with a free version of the chatbot for the next 3 months, capable of answering the most common questions relating to the virus, as well as other frequently asked questions.

This version comes pre-loaded with standard questions out-of-the-box, and you’ll be able to launch your chatbot on your website, via text message, Facebook and Twitter and we will provide you with a 1-hour virtual training session where we will show you how to add additional answers or update existing answers, all of which is really easy to learn and do.

Now is a time to work together, through the challenges ahead, things are likely to get worse before they get better, we’re here, ready and willing to help where we can – and I hope that the measures we’re announcing today, along with those we announced last week go some way to removing the pressure I know many of you are under right now.
