Once you have successfully integrated your CRM instance with Gecko, you will be given an Events tab, which allows you to control whether or not CRM events should be synced with your Gecko events.
- Auto import - Allows for new integration events to be imported automatically - for each CRM event you create we'll create a mirrored Gecko event. Enabling auto sync will import future events from CRM only. It may take a few minutes to sync from Gecko to your CRM, and a few hours to sync from your CRM back to Gecko.
- Events - you are able to select which events to map directly into Gecko events or create a brand new event using the information from your CRM.
Note: once you import events, the attendees and their statuses remain synced between your CRM and Gecko, but changes on the name, location and time would remain unchanged between the two systems if you edit it after mapping.
