The short video below explains how you can create and manage your contact fields within Gecko:
Contact fields allow for key information to be recorded for a specific contact that is not necessarily tied to a specific response. A contact can have multiple responses, while a response can only be tied to a single contact.
Creating contact fields:
- Navigate to the Settings section.
- Select Contact Fields and pick New Contact Field.
- Give your field a name and select a Type.
- Select Save to create your contact field.
Note: contact fields may require a field option template to be created (containing a list of possible options for fields such as dropdown fields). Find out more about creating field options here.
