Gecko allows you to export information on both Campaigns & Broadcasts. Get started with our short video on exporting campaigns:

Exporting campaigns allows you to download a list of contacts that have been added to a call campaign and their current status (i.e. whether they have been called or ready to be called).

Please note that if you are using Mozilla Firefox when exporting from Gecko, your file will not be saved as a .CSV file. Either use a different browser (such as Chrome) or be ready to change the file type once exported.

Exporting Campaigns & Broadcasts

  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Select Export Data.
  • Select New Export.
  • Pick the type of data as Campaigns & Broadcasts.
  • Select the Campaign you would like to export out of.
  • (Optional) Pick the relevant date range and attendee statuses.
  • Select Export.

To better help you understand the data contained on your .CSV file, we've broken down some of the headers for you:

  • Contact ID - the unique Gecko ID for each contact.
  • Subscriber ID -  the unique Gecko ID given for each broadcast/campaign follower.
  • Position - the contact's position in a holding queue.
  • Status - the status (at time of export) of the contact within your call campaign,
  • Outcome - The call outcome an agent has assigned to the call.
  • Number of Calls - The total calls (to date) that a contact has received as part of this campaign.
  • Last Caller - The Gecko call agent who made the last call to this contact.
  • Notes - Any notes left by Gecko call agents.

If a Broadcast Campaign is picked
