GeckoTalk provides  you with the ability to view the performance of your calls and apply a number of different filters so that you can view performance metrics based on call outcomes, specific agents and other filters. To navigate to this section: 

  • Select Calls
  • find the Reporting tab.

You are also able to export information about Calls and Campaigns in a .csv format by following the steps outlined in this article.
