Learning where your campaigns have succeeded and identifying areas for improvement is crucial. In this short video, we show you how to download the raw data from your campaign for future analysis. 

GeckoTalk allows you to download call information directly from your system in a .csv format. You are able to filter calls based on the campaign they were a part of, the date range and outcome of your calls. Each export provides information on the time of the call, duration, outcome and contact information.

Exporting campaigns allows you to download a list of contacts that have been added to a call campaign and their current status (whether they have been called or ready to be called).

You are able to export information about the Call time, outcome, duration and the name of the specific contact that was called. To do this, you would have to:

  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Select Export Data.
  • Select New Export.
  • Pick the type of data as Calls.
  • (Optional) Pick the specific Campaign you would like to export out of.
  • (Optional) Pick the Outcome, Date range and give your export a Name.
  • Select Export.

Exporting Campaigns

You are able to export a list of contacts and their statuses from a particular event by following these steps:

  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Select Export Data.
  • Select New Export.
  • Pick the type of data as Campaigns & Broadcasts.
  • Select the Campaign you would like to export out of.
  • (Optional) Pick the relevant date range and attendee statuses.
  • Select Export.
