Gecko allows for the integration of specific questions/fields in your scripts into your CRM. This means that information captured during a Call with a prospect can be immediately sent to your CRM.

In order to achieve this, you would need to select the specific script fields you would like to integrate into your CRM fields. This can be achieved either by directly integrating a script field with a CRM field or by linking a script field to a contact field (providing that your CRM integration already links the contact field with your CRM).

Integrating Script Fields with your CRM

  • Create the desired Script, along with specific questions and text fields.
  • Select a field you would like to integrate (e.g. a drop down field that contains a yes/no option).
  • You should see an option to pick a specific link to integrate with your CRM, this option will have the name of your CRM, e.g. Radius: None (will not sync). Pick the field you would like the field to sync to in Radius. For example, Radius: Email.
  • Repeat for each field you would like to push information from into your CRM.
  • Save your form and start using it!

Contact Field Integration

As mentioned above, you are able to setup your integration to sync contact fields with your CRM by default, which means that, as long your script fields are linked to your contact fields - that information will be pushed through.

  • Create the desired Script, along with specific questions and text fields.
  • Select a field you would like to integrate (e.g. a drop down field that contains a Yes/No option).
  • You should see a Contact Field option.
  • Pick the Contact Field you would like the collected information to be displayed upon.
  • Select Update and Save the form.

Note: this method will only work if the contact field you have picked is already integrated with your CRM (Settings > Integrations).
