In the fifth and final part of our introductory guides on GeckoVisit we learn where to find the powerful suite of in-built analytical tools.

(Missed a previous guide? Check out part one, part two, part three or part four)

Analysing your event

Reporting on the success of your event is incredibly simple. Head into your event and click Actions in the top-right corner. Click View event dashboard

This will take you to an out-of-the-box, highly customisable dashboard area. In the Actions section, you can add any number of widgets (of 152 available at the time of writing) and take snapshots of the data on your dashboard for future reference.

In addition to this, the top of the dashboard gives you a range of powerful filters - allowing you to effortlessly view results by Event, Session and event session time. In addition, pre-made saved searches can be used to analyse results on an even more granular level.

Further reporting tools can be found in the form of Exports

Head to Settings > Exports > +New Export. The two types of exports open to us are Event and Attendee exports. Both of which will send you detailed analytics of total numbers of attendees by status, registration in events and so on. Simple, yet detailed!

We've now reached the end of our short series of guides into running your very first GeckoVisit event. Thank you for reading and, as ever, if you have any questions please feel free to start a live chat with our support team.
