We are happy to announce a brand new feature in GeckoChat called Stats. You will notice the new tab in the nav menu at the top. 

You can use the stats section to report on the following: 

  • New conversations 

  • Median response time

  • Median conversation length 

  • Conversation by channel

  • Conversation by channel type

You can easily filter your charts using the dropdown options at the top, allowing you to filter by date, agent, label and channel:

We plan on adding more stats areas in the near future to report on team performance and live chat widget data. Stay tuned for further updates.
