Protect users have access to the fantastic Contact Portal; a one-stop, self-service information hub unique to each contact that allows contacts to view/amend/delete any/all information stored against their contact record on Gecko. 

To begin using the Contact portal, simply use the following mailmerge tag in any email or text message you send from Gecko:


To show or hide a specific field on the Contact Portal, head to Settings > Contact Fields, click the field you'd like to show/hide and toggle its visibility using the Show on contact portal page option.

In addition to this, contacts are able to view/change which Consent Reasons they're privy to and have access to your latest Privacy Policy document.
