Gecko Chat's team stats feature allows you to see how your agents are performing in a clear and simple user interface. To access these reports go to Stats > Teams to view them.

You can view some key indicators based on individual agents or teams. Here are some of the metrics that you can report on:
Total count of messages sent
Conversations closed
Median time to first response
Median time to conversation close
Time spent online
All of these metrics can be viewed for a specific time period, tagged conversations set or channel. You can filter using the options at the very to of the page:
