Did you know that you're able to leverage your bot's expertise to help your agents respond to inquiries faster than ever before?
Any incoming questions from students can be filtered through your bot's bank of answers, with the most relevant being suggested to your agents to use as speedy replies.
Happily, this functionality will work on any live-chat channel where the Use bot suggestions functionality has been set up.
We walk you through everything you need to know in the short 3-minute video below:
Log in to Chat before navigating to Settings > Channels. Find the Live-chat channel that you'd like to enable this for and click it.
Scroll to the bottom of the modal that appears and look for the Use bot suggestions field.
Pick the Bot that you'd like to use and hit Save. And that's it! From now on, any time a human agent receives a question from a student, your Bot will helpfully provide suggested answers:
Clicking any of these suggested answer cards will put the bot's answer, verbatim, into the agent's message bot, allowing your agent to edit or amend any part of the answer before clicking send.
