The two most common causes of users not being able to log into the web system are misspelling the user ID or password or users not having permissions to access the web system.

Please test that your issues are not caused by the above by doing the following:

  1. Reset your password.

  2. Attempt logging into the mobile app.

  3. Attempt logging into the web system.

If you can log into the mobile app but cannot log into the web system, then your user account has been given restricted permissions. You can check your account permissions by contacting one of your account administrators.
