To reset your password go here, enter the email address associated with your Gecko user and click Login and then Forgot Password?
Check your email address is the one used by your Gecko user and click Reset Password. Your password reset email should be with you in 1-2 minutes.
Troubleshooting
🔎 Check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the password reset email in your inbox.
✅ Make sure the email address you're using is correct. If you need to know which email address your Gecko user has, ask an admin on your account to check!
💀 If your user has been Archived, you won't be able to reset your password. In this case, speak to an admin on your account.
🤷♀️ If you do not remember creating a Gecko user or having had a Gecko user created for you, the chances are you don't have an account and won't be able to reset your password!
