Once your form is built, it's time to share it with your students! Gecko gives you numerous methods of accomplishing this, including sharing pre-populated forms.

Whilst this article examines how to share your form online, you can also use any form offline with Gecko's Capture app.

Webform link

Your webform link is your unique URL that links to your form. This link can be quickly generated and shared in several ways.

Email or SMS

Go to Forms and click on the form you want to share with students. Head to the Share tab and Copy the Webform link to your clipboard.

All you need to do now is include this link in any email or text messages you send from Gecko, and the student can click through to your form!

Your Webform link never changes - so you're free to make any edits or changes to the form without needing to reshare the link. You also have complete control over how your form is branded.

Looking to share your form offline? This can quickly be done using the Capture app. You're also free to track form submissions using GTM or UTM parameters.

QR codes

Go to Forms and click on the form you want to share with students. Head to the Share tab and click Get QR Code.

Gecko supports QR codes in various flavors: Standard, Snapchat, WeChat, and Gecko-branded QR codes.

Now share the QR code with students! The link in your QR code will never change - so you're free to make any edits or changes to the form without needing to reshare the link. You also have complete control over how your form is branded.

Embedded

Gecko supports being able to embed your form on webpages using either javascript or an iframe. There's no limit to the number of web pages your form can appear on.

To find your embed code, go to Forms and click on the form you'd like to share with students. Head to the Share tab, scroll to the Embed Your Form on a Website section, and click Copy.

Share this embed code with your IT/CMS team and ask them to publish it on your chosen webpage(s). In the future, any changes you make to your form in Gecko will automatically pull through to any pages on which your form is published! You also have complete control over how your form is branded.
