Michelle walks you through creating your first form in this quick start guide. You will learn about the different fields you can add to your form and how to apply conditional logic and create powerful workflows so that only the relevant team gets notified of a response!
Step 1: Creating your first form
Head to Forms > + New Form
Click your form title to name your form
To edit your fields, click on the field using the blue Edit icon. Here, you can rename, make required, add in different options, etc
βοΈTip: You can click and drag to re-order your fields or add a new page on the left-hand side!
Once you're happy, click Save Changes
Step 2: Adding in different field types
There are a ton of different field types to suit your needs. Need help finding the right field for you? Check out our guide!
Step 3: How to use conditional logic
Edit the field you'd like to hide and go to the Conditions tab
Click + Add Condition and tell Gecko which field(s)/option(s) to reference
Click Update and then Save Changes to your form.
βοΈ Tip: Click on your form title at the top of the page to see the conditional logic in action!
Step 4: Form workflows
Click into Workflows > + Add Workflow
Add in your Condition
Add in your Action
Click Save Changes to apply your workflows

Step 5: Sharing your form
Click on the Share tab and pick how you want to share your form
Sharing via URL: Copy the direct link to the form, or use the Shorten button
Sharing via QR code: Click Get QR Code and download
Embedding your form: Scroll to the bottom and copy the javascript; you can also use the Get alternative code option to embed via an iframe
